Orders for tiles and porcelain stoneware imported by order from Italy (Ragno/Marazzi) must comply with the following conditions:
- All ordered quantities must be in full factory packages.
- Minimum order quantity: 10 m2 per tile type or a minimum order value of €30000.
- Delivery times depend on the current availability in the manufacturer's warehouses.
- An order is considered confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 50% of the tile value.
- Remaining quantities of tiles delivered by special order are NOT subject to return.
