OMNIRES WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OMNIRES products are covered by the following warranty periods:

• 10-YEAR warranty on the leak-tightness of the mixer body (cast or forged components) and on stainless steel finishes.
• 2-YEAR warranty on thermostatic cartridges, bathroom accessories, shower and bath sets, drains, click-clack wastes, and non-chrome finishes manufactured using technologies other than PVD.
• 5-YEAR warranty on the reliable operation of single-lever and two-handle mixer cartridges, as well as on chrome and PVD-coated finishes. Bathroom accessories with chrome or PVD finishes are also covered by a 5-year warranty.
• 5-YEAR warranty on products manufactured from M+ composite material (excluding wastes).
• 2-YEAR warranty on M+ wastes.
• 5-YEAR warranty on porcelain and sanitary ceramics.
• 2-YEAR warranty on toilet seats.
• 5-YEAR warranty on concealed installation frames (excluding flush plates and flushing mechanisms).
• 2-YEAR warranty on cistern flushing mechanisms and flush plates.
• 5-YEAR warranty on shower enclosures and bath screens with chrome or PVD-coated hardware.
• 2-YEAR warranty on shower enclosures and bath screens with non-chrome hardware manufactured using technologies other than PVD.
• 5-YEAR warranty on shower trays.

The warranty does not cover consumable parts, including aerators, diverters, filters, check valves, and similar components. It also does not apply to other products supplied together with the mixer, such as hoses, connectors, hand showers, overhead showers, body jets, and similar accessories.
