Studio Sense applies the following policy to the return of surplus tiles from your orders:

• Tiles may be returned within one calendar month of the date of purchase.
• Tiles from the same production batch must still be available in stock.
• Only complete boxes may be returned.
• The tile packaging must be intact, dry and undamaged.
• The tiles must be part of our regular stock range.
• The tiles must NOT have been specially ordered from the factory.
• Tiles supplied in quantities based on a customer-approved specification CANNOT be returned.
• A return request must be submitted in advance by email or telephone for review and approval.
• Once the returned goods have been inspected, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
• Studio Sense can accept returns only for brands and collections imported directly by us.

Orders for tiles and porcelain stoneware imported by order from Italy (Ragno/Marazzi) must comply with the following conditions:

• All ordered quantities must be in full factory packages.
• Minimum order quantity: 10 m² per tile type or a minimum order value of €300⁰⁰.
• Delivery times depend on the current availability in the manufacturer's warehouses.
• An order is considered confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 50% of the tile value.
• Remaining quantities of tiles delivered by special order are NOT subject to return.
