Viega Advantix 100×100 mm with combined odour trap is a practical and reliable drainage solution for bathrooms and shower areas. In addition to the standard floor drain, the set includes a special Viega Advantix trap providing additional mechanical protection against unpleasant sewer odours – particularly useful in areas where the drain is not used regularly.
Compact & easy to adjust
With a compact 100×100 mm top section, Viega Advantix integrates discreetly into the bathroom floor. The attachment is both rotatable and height-adjustable for precise alignment with the finished floor. The construction features a flange for secure integration with the waterproofing system, a horizontal DN50 outlet and an additional DN40 inlet.
Enhanced protection against odours
In addition to the standard 30 mm water seal, the set includes a Viega Advantix combined odour trap with a mechanical closing function. It complements the water seal and helps prevent unpleasant sewer odours from entering the room, even when the drain is unused for longer periods and the water seal becomes low or dries out. An excellent solution for guest bathrooms and less frequently used shower areas.
Viega reliability & design flexibility
The floor drain features a K 300 load class and is quality-controlled in accordance with DIN EN 1253. The standard grate is made of stainless steel 1.4301, while the Advantix system can be personalised with a selection of Viega Visign designer grates. Reliable drainage, easy maintenance and enhanced odour protection come together in one complete solution.
